Top V. supplements for Women's Health

Women, especially in their child-bearing years, should take a folate/folic acid supplement to support the baby’s neurological development. Iron is an essential mineral for red blood cells which carry oxygen throughout our bodies fostering growth and development. It is also important for reducing anemia, which can result in fatigue, and boosts immunity.
v. Omega-3s
Omega-3s are important for cardiovascular health by reducing inflammation and may help to lower your risk of heart disease. These special fats also optimize brain operations including memory and can be found in fatty fish and nut oils.
