V. Ways to treat or ease menstrual cramps
i. ANTI-INFLAMMATORIES OR PAIN MEDICATION

ii. HEALTHY DIET/FOOD
Eat clean and eliminate foods and toxins that can increase bloating.
iii. EXERCISE
Regular exercise and stretching, (including yoga) can help ease the pain.
iv. APPLY HEAT
Try a heating pad on lower abdominal/back or a warm bath.
v. ALTERNATIVE TREATMENTS
Acupressure, vitamin supplements, essential oils may help to soothe or alleviate pain.
